Die- and toolshop
Our own, highly qualified toolmaking is the basis for our high quality forging parts. Here the high demands of our customers are transferred into dies and tools, which will be exposed to highest pressure during the forging process, but naturally always comply with all measures and quality demands.
The close interlocking of our constructions enables our CAD/CAM systems to prepare the CNC machine for extremely economic manufacturing which is then carried out by our highly qualified employees.
The production depth ranges from the die block pre-processing via NC and CNC operated lathes and milling machines to a modern 5-axis-milling centre.
Our own tool assembly and die welding facilities complete the range of services offered by our toolmaking department, and form the basis on which the die and tool quality, in a close cooperation with the forging process specialists, are subjected to ongoing improvements.
