The principal customers of Schmiedag GmbH are involved in vehicle construction – the automotive industry and its suppliers -, heavy motor construction, mechanical engineering and construction machinery, military engineering and the mining industry.
Product sub-families of the company, which distributes its products in Europe and beyond, include: connecting rods for passenger cars and trucks, gear and axle components for commercial and special vehicles, steering arms for commercial vehicles, camshafts for diesel fuel-injection pumps and other fuel-injection system parts, running gears for construction machinery, driving wheels for track-laying vehicles and friction-welded piston rods for hydraulic cylinders.
